February 2012 - Prosecutorial Discretion Training
Maggio + Kattar PC is pleased to partner with Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Washington, Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc, the American Immigration Lawyers Association DC Chapter, and Arent Fox LLC on a training related to Prosecutorial Discretion on Tuesday, February 28th 2012 from 10am-2pm.
The training is designed for lawyers and accredited representatives of community-based immigration legal service providers, as well as for private immigration practitioners. Featured speakers include: Maggio + Kattar Shareholder Anna Gallagher, Debbie Smith, Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc, Debi Sanders, Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of Washington, Michelle Mendez, Catholic Charities, Archdiocese of Washington, Peggy Gleason, Family-Based Immigration, CIS Ombudsman office, Allison Posner, Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc and Mary Kenney, American Immigration Council. Other government invitees from ICE and USCIS are also expected.
