Schedule a Consultation / Check Case Status
Thank you for your interest in consulting a Maggio + Kattar attorney. Our attorneys conduct 30-60 minute consultations over the phone or in person to assess the current immigration issues of prospective clients in order to provide effective and practical solutions. Prior to scheduling a consultation, we ask that you review our consultation policy and fees. Please then contact our Scheduling Coordinator, Nicole Thompkins to arrange a mutually convenient time to meet with one of our attorneys.
Prior to your consultation, please complete our Client Intake Questionnaire. You will also need to provide all of your immigration documents to Maggio + Kattar at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment to ensure that you can fully benefit from the time reserved for you. If you are unavoidably delayed, please contact our office immediately.

Check Your Case Status
Client service is one of the cornerstones of our practice and what we believe sets us apart. Our on-line case tracking program, provided and supported by INSZoom, delivers fully integrated case management software for comprehensive and secure electronic reporting. Access is granted to individuals or in the case of corporate clients, the foreign national, human resource manager and/or the company's designated official. This web-based service facilitates the distribution, tracking, and process flow of all immigration matters.
