Our attorneys conduct 30–60 minute consultations with prospective clients in order to assess their current immigration situation and to suggest possible courses of action.  

Prior to a consultation, prospective clients are asked to send (via fax, email or mail) copies of their resume; copies of all immigration-related documents, including passport, I-94 Arrival/Departure Card, previous submissions to or decisions by the Department of Labor, the Immigration Service or the Immigration Court; and complete copies of any criminal records.  Potential clients are also asked to complete the Maggio + Kattar Client Intake Questionnaire.   All original immigration-related documents should also be brought to an in-person consultation.
