Elizabeth Quinn is a recognized authority on business immigration matters and the unique problems of J-1 exchange visitors. Among her clients are hospitality and biotechnology companies, artists and musicians, and those working in the human rights field. She also handles family-based immigration matters, naturalization, and waivers of inadmissibility.
Elizabeth has written and lectured on a wide-range of immigration issues, including the various visa options for international medical graduates. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Center for Immigration Law and Policy of the University of the District of Columbia School of Law, and has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America.
Elizabeth graduated with honors from the George Washington National Law Center in 1993. She received an undergraduate degree in government, with honors, from the College of William and Mary. Elizabeth spent her junior abroad at the University of Montpellier and is conversant in French.
Elizabeth limits her practice to federal immigration matters and is admitted to practice in the state of Virginia.
