Haesung Han joined Maggio & Kattar in June 2007 as an Associate Attorney. She primarily works on employment-based visas for employees of the firm’s corporate clients.
Prior to joining Maggio & Kattar, Haesung was an associate at the Washington, DC–based International Law Group, where she managed a wide range of immigration issues, from family-based petitions to meeting the immigration needs for large German conglomerates.
A graduate of Boston University School of Law, Haesung participated in the Legislative Clinic during her third year in law school and served as a Legislative Advisor in the Massachusetts Legislature. She also practiced bankruptcy law for Price Law Group upon graduation.
Haesung received her B.A. from Smith College and earned her J.D. from the Boston University School of Law. She was born in Seoul, Korea and immigrated to the U.S. when she was eight. She is fluent in Korean.
