Haesung Han represents clients in employment based immigration matters, working with small and medium-sized businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies. Haesung's expertise include managing immigration programs and providing assistance in all facets of non-immigrant and immigrant visas before the Department of Labor, the Department of State, and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services.
A graduate of Boston University School of Law, Haesung participated in the Legislative Clinic during her third year in law school and served as a Legislative Advisor in the Massachusetts Legislature. Haesung received her B.A. from Smith College. She is fluent in Korean.
Haesung limits her practice to federal immigration matters. She is admitted to the practice of law in the state of New York and Massachusetts.
